Special Welded Pipe Production Line is the difficulty in the pipe making field to form successfully the pipe in large diameter with light thickness or small diameter with heavy thickness, which is more difficult than producing the normal pipe. As the thickness-to-radius is so bigger or smaller, when producing them, it is easy to result of the wave of welding edge of difficult to control the welding respectively so as to influence the welding quality. According to the above situation, we hammered and designed the line with new special pass and stand distribution to guarantee the forming steadily by lots of test and practice. So that the user can produce the quality pipe.
We have supplied the pipe mill lines of Ø76×5mm，Ø114×1.0mm and Ø165×1.2mm for Bao steel and Hubei Chusheng Company respectively, and we got the success on one-off commissioning, and make the user has the ability of producing the high-profit and high-quality pipes.
