Welding Principle
High-frequency induction welding stainless steel is an efficient quasi-solid phase connection method, the main principle is to use the induction coil generated by the induction high frequency current applied to the workpiece, under the action of skin effect and proximity effect, the current is concentrated on the surface of both sides of the open pipeline, so that the resistance generated by the current thermally melts the edge part of the steel strip, and then under the action of the squeezing roller's extrusion force, part of the molten metal and oxide in the molten pool is extruded from the molten pool, and finally the solid phase or solid solution metal is gradually cooled and crystallized to form a welding seam.
Welding Machine Advantages
It has the characteristics of fast welding speed, small joint heat affected zone, green environmental protection, no need to add welding consumables, high weld strength, and easy automation and is expected to become the main production means of straight seam welded stainless steel pipe.
Working process
Incoming inspection → Uncoiling → Shearing welding → Storage → Forming → High-frequency welding → Internal and external scratching → Online polishing → Sizing → Fixed length cutting → Weld inspection (geometric size inspection, mechanical properties inspection) → Pressure test → Water seal test → Pipe end flat head → Code marking → Packaging
